Ralph DeLucia, a resident of Franklin, Mass., is entering his 16th season as the program's head coach in 2012-2013. He became the sixth coach in program's history after the 1997 season, replacing Dan Santerre with whom he served as assistant coach for two years. DeLucia has a 360-321-5 record at the College and a 525-369-5 career coaching record. He spent 11 years at Franklin High School (Mass.), compiling a 165-48 record and winning four Hockomock League titles.

A former two-sport standout at Dean College (Mass.), DeLucia played baseball and football there, earning All-American honors as a running back. He was inducted into the Dean College Athletics Hall of Fame in October 2005.

DeLucia graduated from Dean College in 1962 with an A.B.A. in physical education, along with studying physical education at the University of Bridgeport.
