Lance Brady enters his fifth year as the Assumption College men's ice hockey coach in the 2012-13 season. Brady has a 45-63-8 overall mark in his first four seasons.
After posting a 6-16-4 record in his first season in 2008-09, the Ice Dogs finished at 15-11-1 overall in the 2009-10 season. The team finished at 8-2-1 in Northeast-10 play and advanced to the championship game, earning Brady Northeast-10 Coach of the Year honors. In 2010-11, the Ice Dogs finished at 11-15-1 overall, 5-4 in league play and advanced to the Northeast-10 Tournament semifinals. In 2011-12, the Greyhounds went 13-11-1, earning Brady his second Northeast-10 Coach of the Year honors.
Brady is a 1993 graduate of Holy Cross with a bachelor's degree in economics. He was a three-year standout for the Crusaders, was named as an ECAC East Second Team All-Star and a New England Hockey Writers All-Star and was the team captain as a senior.
Brady came to Assumption from nearby Becker College, where he served as the associate head coach as the team improved from 2-18 to 12-11. Prior to Becker, he served as an assistant coach at Marlboro High School as the team captured the Roy Conference title in 2007. Brady was also a player/assistant coach for the Birmingham Bulls of the ECHL in 1997-98, an executive member of the Professional Hockey Players Association from 1995-98 and a coach/counselor at Dynamic Skating from 1990-96. He also worked as a network administrator/account executive for the Worcester Ice Cats during the 1998-99 season.

Randy Morin enters his first season as an assistant coach at Assumption College in 2012. He was previously an assistant coach at Westborough High School. In addition to his work at Assumption College, he works as a mental health clinician at the South Bay Mental Health Center in Worcester, Mass.
Morin graduated from Assumption College with a bachelor of arts in psychology in 2008.

Evan Spencer enters his first season as an Assistant Men's Ice Hockey Coach in 2012. He comes to Assumption from Middlesex Community College, where he served as the head coach from 2010 to 2012.
Spencer graduated from Stonehill College in 2007. While at Stonehill, Spencer was twice named to the All-Academic team for ice hockey, and was an assistant captain on the 2007 team that won the Northeast-10 Conference tournament.
