Greyhound rowing results at the Head of the Charles
BOSTON, Mass. --- The Assumpton College
women’s rowing team finished 30th in the Women’s
Collegiate Four event at the prestigious Head of the Charles
Regatta on the Charles River.
Junior ALI NASSIMOS (Madison,
CT/Daniel Hand) (PICTURED RIGHT) served as the coxswain of
the which finished with a time of 25:43.134 over the six-mile
(6,000 meters) course. Other boat members included sophomore
LISA GAGNE (Avon, CT/Avon) at stroke, sophomore
LAUREN ARMSTRONG (Norfolk, MA/Montrose School) at
the No. 3 position, freshman RACHAEL LAHEY (North
Andover, MA/North Andover) at the No. 2 position and junior captain
BRITTANY OUELLETTE (Walpole, MA/Walpole) in the
bow.
The Greyhounds will complete their fall season
in the Quinsigamond Novice Championships at Lake Quinsigamond
SATURDAY (October 30).
