Bentley stops Hounds hoop; Haase gets career-best 19 points

WALTHAM, Mass. ---Junior forward BRIAN TRACEY (Bow Mar, CO/Heritage/Kimball Union) scored a game-high 21 points with nine rebounds as No. 17 ranked Bentley University defeated Assumption College, 81-59, in Northeast-10 Conference men???s basketball action here Saturday at the Dana Center.
The Greyhounds got a solid performance from junior forward TOBIN HAASE (Southold, NY/Ridgewood, NJ) who scored a career-high 19 points. Freshman forward RONSON QUICK (Marlton, NJ/Cherokee) scored 12 points as the other double-figure scorer for the Greyhounds.
Bentley had three other double-figure scorerrs including junior guard TOM DOWLING (Rockville Center, NY/South Side) (13 points), senior guard JASON WESTROL (Brielle, NJ/Manasquan) (13 points, six assists) and junior guard MIKE QUINN (Oakdale, CT/Montville) (12 points).
Bentley is now 14-2 overall and 9-2 in the conference, while the Greyhounds are now 7-8 overall and 4-7 in the conference. Assumption is at Franklin Pierce Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
