Rebecca (Becky) Bergin, long-time head track and field coach at nearby Bartlett High School (Webster, MA), was named the head track and field coach at the College in October 2009. She begins her second year with the Greyhounds in 2010-11.

Bergin most recently served as the girl's cross country coach at Bartlett High (2005-present), the boy's track and field coach (2005-07) and was an assistant with the girl's track and field team (2005-09). She is also a physical education teacher and Department Head for Physical Education for the school since 2005. Previously she served in both cross country and track positions for both boys and girls at Wilmington, MA High (2001-02) while also teaching health at the school (2001-04).

She was graduated from Bridgewater State College in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education with a teaching certification. While at Bridgewater State she participated in both cross country and track.
